Welcome to MGRD

MGRD is a comprehensive and easy-to-use platform for studying the functional genomics of the Millet. It contains the genomes of 22 grasses, including millet. Significantly, researchers efficiently search for 484 Homologous sequence result, 484 block results, 484 ks results , 1,452 homologous structure dotplots, 43501 Hierarchical alignments. MGRD will continue to be open, updated, and improved, to promote Millet comparative genomics research.
